In my years of Real Estate experience I have used my strong passion for the industry along with an extensive marketing background, determination and strong work ethic to quickly build lasting client relationships as well as a very successful referral network. I pride myself on staying up to date with the current Charlotte and Lake Norman area real estate market. I hold a North Carolina Real Estate Brokers license, Luxury Home Certification, e-Pro, Residential Construction Certified and a New Home Specialist.
One of my main focus areas is making sure my clients fully understand our contracts. In November 2007, our new contracts are required and the changes, while small, have large impacts. It bothers me that other agents might still be using old contract forms and worse, are not reviewing the important areas of the new ones. There are areas of the contract that if both sides of the deal fully understand, the deal has a better chance of making it to close. I work hard at making sure everyone I contact regarding the deal knows what to expect.
